What do you guys want to talk about ? Religious pluralism ?
Muslims practised religoius pluralism 14 centuries ago.
For 10 centuries, Muslims, Christians, Jews, agnostics and animists lived side by side and prosper in Muslim Spain.
When the Spanish Conquistadors took over Andalucia, Muslims were decimated to the last number.
Jews were given refuge in Muslim Morocco, Egypt and elsewhere Islamic.
Then, you 'barbarians' discovered the renaissance and you guys thought you knew better.
But as late as 2 centuries ago, any Muslim found doing his solat in Paris , France,would be lashed publicly,.... let alone be given permission to open a masjid!
As for America the socalled land of the free, my God ! , you guys are the worst. What have you guys got to lecture and teach us on pluralism?
You just discovered religious pluralism only less than 2 centuries ago. And that only amongst the Catholics and the Protestants.
You agreed not to kill each other. Beyond this, real religious pluralism for the rest in America only started just 50 to 60 years ago.
What make you guys think you can lecture us on religious pluralism ?
